Once you've tried our Leg/Wing Rack , you will never buy chicken wings already prepared again. If you don't have a wing rack, you can use a cookie sheet lined with foil. Thaw out your legs or wings and dry them off. Rub Bubba's Red Dirt Rub generously over all. Place rack on cookie sheet covered with foil and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for one hour, turning over after 30 minutes. You can eat it like this or you can toss wings in a mixture of 3/4 cup of hot sauce and 1/4 cup of margarine.
